EARLY BIRD CONVERSATION, APRIL 10,12,13

Chillax with the following techniques:
Match the words from the red columng to the words in the blue column, e.g.

Some other good ways (better than a pack of cancer sticks and 10 bottles of soju):


meditate
listen to soothing music
use guided imagery tapes
take an aromatherapy bath
take time-out: a short walk or a long vacation
do exercise that work your leg muscles (walking, running)
climb stairs
watch a funny program on TV

cry
Don't forget, it's all about attitude: "Happiness depends 10% on what happens to us and 90% on how we react to it." Take it easy!
